Refund policy

Desktop licence: if the app doesn't work on your PC, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you. Once refunded, the activation token is revoked and the app returns to trial mode.

Online Control: you can cancel any time to stop future payments. The 1-day free trial is never charged if you cancel before it ends. Partial-month refunds are not offered, but tell us if something went wrong and we'll look at it.

To request a refund, email support@pctimegatekeeper.com from your account email. Refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method.
